About Hachi
Nam has worked in the hospitality industry since he was a young teenager. In 1999 he came to Australia in hopes that one day he would open his own restaurant by the beautiful surf. In 2008 Nam fulfilled his dreams and opened his first restaurant in Palm Beach, his casual Japanese dining, home cooked style meals where so successful with all the locals, In 2014 he was able to open his second shop in Nobby’s Beach. He strives to share his passion for cooking and provide a comfortable environment for friends and families to share some authentic Japanese food and drinks.
